1. Data We Collect When you create an account, we collect basic information such as your name, email address, and password. The content you create (quizzes, PDFs) and files you upload to your storage are hosted on our servers. For Premium subscriptions, payments are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record; Teingo does not store any credit card or financial data on its servers.

2. How We Use Your Data We use your data to provide our services, track content generation quotas (freemium limits), provide customer support, and improve the security of our platform.

3. Third-Party Sharing and AI Processing Teingo uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) APIs to generate content. The text prompts you provide are securely transmitted to these third-party AI providers for processing. Teachers are strongly advised not to include real student names, grades, or sensitive personal data in AI prompts. Your data is never sold for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Security and Retention Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption to prevent unauthorized access. If you delete content or close your account, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers after any legally required retention periods expire.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR Users have the right to access, rectify, delete ("right to be forgotten"), and object to the processing of their personal data. You can manage your data via your account settings or contact our support team.
