Welcome to Teingo. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms This agreement applies to all tools, AI features, and storage services provided by Teingo. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer of Liability Teingo utilizes advanced language models and third-party AI APIs to generate educational materials. AI systems can inherently produce misleading, incorrect, or incomplete information ("hallucinations"). It is strictly the user's (teacher's) responsibility to verify the accuracy, pedagogical suitability, and classroom appropriateness of all mathematical calculations, scientific facts, or text generated by the system. Teingo accepts no direct or indirect legal liability for student grievances, academic errors, or institutional/disciplinary issues arising from the use of generated content.

3. Intellectual Property and User-Generated Content (UGC) You represent that you own the copyrights or have the necessary permissions for any images, texts, or questions you upload to the platform. When you share your content publicly in the "Explore / Community" area, you grant Teingo a license to host and display this content. The user uploading the content is solely responsible for any legal or financial consequences arising from third-party copyright infringement. Teingo reserves the right to remove copyrighted or inappropriate content without prior notice.

4. Freemium Quotas and Fair Use Policy Free accounts are subject to strict quotas: a maximum of 3 AI generations per calendar month, a limit of hosting 10 total contents, and 10 MB of storage space. Deleting generated content does not restore used quotas. Manipulating the system (using bots, scraping) or creating fake accounts with multiple email addresses to bypass free quotas is a direct violation of our "Fair Use Policy" and will result in permanent bans of the associated accounts and IP addresses.

5. Watermark Policy On the Free plan, all exported files (PDF, SCORM, etc.) include a mandatory "Teingo" watermark. Removing, cropping, or hiding this watermark using third-party software or digital manipulation is a violation of this agreement.

6. Payments, Auto-Renewal, and Refund Policy Premium subscriptions are processed securely via our Merchant of Record and auto-renew monthly until canceled by the user. Due to the digital nature of the AI service and the immediate consumption of server/API costs upon user action, we do not provide partial or full refunds under any circumstances, regardless of usage time. Unjustified credit card chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.

7. Service Availability and Data Loss Teingo provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime or an error-free platform. Our company cannot be held responsible for potential data or content loss due to server failures, updates, or force majeure. Users are advised to back up their own critical content (e.g., as PDFs).

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of Teingo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and execution offices located in the registered headquarters of Teingo (Türkiye).
