The live product side of TeinGo is more than content creation. Packages, Paddle payments, support tickets, blog content, and SEO make the product sustainable when they work together.
Packages and Paddle
Packages carry price, duration, storage, AI credits, daily content limits, and watermark behavior. Paddle price IDs are mapped to local package names.
When a webhook succeeds, the subscription is activated, AI credits and snapshot limits are written, and transaction.completed events create payment history. Failed events can be retried from webhook logs.
Support tickets
Users can open support tickets, exchange messages, and close them. Admins manage status, priority, unread flags, and replies.
Support is not only for fixing bugs. Billing questions, feature requests, and usability friction feed the product roadmap.
Blog and organic growth
Blog posts use categories, tags, cover images, meta descriptions, and comment moderation. Teacher-focused guides combined with multilingual SEO metadata become a strong acquisition channel.
Read billing, support, and blog data together: where payment breaks, what users ask, and which content brings traffic.
