At Teingo, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI-powered educational tools. Since we offer a completely free Starter Plan that requires no credit card, we strongly advise all users to thoroughly test the platform's capabilities, AI content generation, and export features before upgrading to a paid plan (Pro, Elite, or Max).
If you have subscribed to one of our paid plans and find that the platform does not meet your technical expectations, you are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction date.
To prevent abuse of our computational resources, server infrastructure, and AI systems, refunds are strictly subject to the following fair-use conditions. These activities are automatically tracked and logged by our system servers:
Refunds do not apply to automatic monthly or annual renewals. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to prevent future billings. Once cancelled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Safeguarding Merchant for all our customer service inquiries and returns.
To initiate a refund request, please send an email to hello@teingo.com from your registered Teingo account email. Please include your transaction ID (provided in your Paddle receipt) in your email. Our team will review your account usage and process eligible refunds within 3-5 business days.
